VR Phobia support
Help for VR Phobia: Birds on Meta Quest. Questions, a problem, or an idea? Write to us: we read every message.

E-mail [email protected] with your headset model, the app version if you can see it, and what happened. We usually reply within a few working days.
Comfort and safety in VR
- The safe place is always there: squeeze both triggers at any moment to fade to a calm lake with a breathing guide. Let go to come back, or choose Easier or Stop.
- Comfort settings: Seated mode, Teleport or Smooth walking, Snap or Smooth turning, and a Vignette, all in Settings. If you feel motion sickness, try Seated, Teleport, Snap turning and the Vignette.
- Take breaks. The app suggests stopping after 45 minutes of practice in a day. Stop at once if you feel unwell.
- VR Phobia is a self-help practice tool for adults, not a medical treatment. If your fear is intense, use it with the support of a professional. Read the full health and safety notice .
Progress, profiles and data
- Your progress is saved on the headset only; there is no account and no cloud sync.
- Several people can share a headset: each has a profile with its own progress. To erase someone's progress, open Settings › Profiles, choose the profile and Delete (asked twice). Uninstalling the app erases everything.
- Usage statistics are optional and anonymous: switch them on or off in Settings › Anonymous stats.
- In accompanied mode, a facilitator can export a profile's journal (CSV or JSON). Details in the VR Phobia privacy policy .
